1) Can I rent or buy an email list to use with the SambaMail.com service?
If you are looking for opt-in email lists please visit our partner www.TheDataSupplier.com


2) What happens after I upload an email list to SambaMail.com?
We keep your lists guarded behind our safe and secure firewalls. SambaMail.com will never rent, share or sell your email lists.


3) What file type do my lists need to be in to upload them?
With SambaMail.com service your lists can be uploaded in.csv (Comma Separated Values) format. We also can help if you need to convert your list from .txt, .xls, or .mdb.


4) What do I do if I have my emails in Microsoft Outlook, how do I import them into SambaMail.com?
To import an address file from Microsoft Outlook, you must export your Microsoft Outlook Contact folder to a .csv (Comma Separated Values) file. If you need help please contact us at: ContactUs@SambaMail.com


5) What if I don't have an email list?

Pricing Questions

1) How does your pricing work?
With SambaMail.com our pricing is based on the number of contacts you have, and not on the number of emails you send. With all of our plans you can send an unlimited amount of emails monthly to your contacts. All of our plans are paid monthly recurring and payment will be deducted on the same day every month. For Ex: If you sign up on the 7th day of the month, the monthly payment will automatically be deducted on the 7th of each month.


2) What form of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover and AMEX. We also accept payment through Paypal.


3) Do I have to sign a contract to use SambaMail.com?
No. We do not have contracts and you are free to cancel your service at any time.

 

4) If there isn't a plan that fits my needs, can you create a custom plan?
Yes. Please email us and we will give you a custom monthly quote based on your email marketing needs.

 

5) How much do I have to pay when I sign up?

When you fill out the payment form and sign up for a plan, you will be able to enter in your contact/billing information. Intially you will be charged the one-time set up fee. This allows us to start the process of setting up your mailer. Once you are set up you will receive an email with a welcome package which go's over everything you need to get started. On the day you are emailed with your welcome package your monthly charge will start and be deducted on the same day every month.

 

Cancellation Questions

1) How does it work if I would like to cancel?
At any time you may cancel your service with SambaMail.com without any cancellation penalty. SambaMail.com must be given notice by Email, Phone, or Mail if you wish to cancel your service. If cancellation is made by phone your service will be cancelled immediately. If a cancellation request is made be email or postal mail, cancellation will be made within 24-72 hours of receipt of notice of cancellation. You understand that this 24-72 period does not include weekends or holidays. Once service is cancelled, SambaMail.com will no longer bill you for service.

 

Email Campaigns

1) Do I need to know HTML to create an email campaign?
No. You will be able to create professional html campaigns by simply pasting your content in to our easy to use templates.


2) Does your service come with Newsletters?
Yes. SambaMail.com comes with built in professional, customizable newsletter templates. You can add your own logo and pictures, change text color size and type . You can add or remove content as well. It's as easy to use as Microsoft Word.


3) Can I use my own HTML in SambaMail.com?
Yes! You can create custom templates using your own HTML code.

 

How Do I Get Started

1) What do I have to do to set up SambaMail.com?

You can get started very easy. Just go to the plan page that you want to start and click "Buy Now". This will capture your contact and payment information. Once the "Buy Now" page is filled out a representative will contact you within 24 hours with instructions on setting up your service. It normally takes 2-5 days total to start your service with SambaMail.com

 

Support and Training

1) Do you offer support and training?
Absolutely YES! We are here to help from the start. Once you sign up with SambaMail.com you will be fully trained on using our system. After you have signed up you will be given a representative to contact if there are any support issues you need help with. We will always be here to help no matter what the issue is!

 

Email Campaign Tracking

1) Can I see who opens and clicks links in my email campaigns?
Yes, you can see the email addresses of who opened your email as well as those who clicked on what links within your emails. You also have the ability to then export those "open" or "click-thru" email addresses in to a new interest category of their own. Maybe a double opt-in click through Database!


2) Can I see information on the bounced emails?

Yes. SambaMail.com has a comprehensive bounce management system that allows you to see which addresses bounced.
